PROPERTY CONDITION REPORTS
Before and after tenancy, this report will provide a comprehensive written and photographic account of a property. These reports document any changes to the property during the course of the tenancy, ensuring that both tenants and owners have recourse via an independent report that can act as a reference in regard to any disputed changes to the condition of a property over the length of the lease.
ROUTINE INSPECTION REPORTS
During the length of the tenancy, these less in-depth, written and photographic reports serve a dual purpose. The first, is to allow Property Managers to periodically check that the leased property is being maintained in a satisfactory way.
The second, is to in-person check and document any maintenance required at the managed property.
INVENTORY REPORTS
Used in partially or fully furnished/equipped properties, these reports provide a written and photographic account of the contents and provisions within a leased property. Inventory reports can be done during the tenancy, but are more usually undertaken at the beginning and end of a lease, before the tenant moves in, and after the tenant vacates the property.
